How will Compass be rolled out?
There will be a phased roll out of Compass and it is important that Members read HQ and local Communications. Superusers have been appointed who will support the roll out however as this is a short term role it is important that actions required by Members are completed as required.
Superusers have been appointed as follows:

Clackmannanshire - Loes McEwan
Falkirk District - Charlie Stevenson
Stirling & Trossachs - Rosemary Fletcher
West Lothian - Roy Davidson

A range of support resources are being developed to assist different roles in using Compass. These are available here; from the start of the roll-out. Updates are posted regularly and include new FAQs and answers based on issues highlighted by Phase 1 and 2 users.
